Blue Topaz String Trio - live background music for parties and functions Blue Topaz is a stylish professional string trio comprising two violins and double bass. Trained at the Royal Academy of Music, London, these live musicians present a wide range of styles fusing classical instruments with popular and jazz sounds. They also have a large repertoire of classical music and can even take special requests for music in advance.

Blue Topaz can be booked to provide live music for private functions and parties, corporate events, weddings, or any kind of special occasion. They are also available for live performances ranging from intimate recitals to larger-scale engagements. The After Dinner Show is a great way to liven up any event with a special performance of live music – be it a party, corporate dinner or wedding – and the Show can be preceded by a performance of live background music if you wish. The string trio format is a welcome variation on the traditional string quartet for live music, providing a great versatility and range of musical styles.

The trio’s previous engagements have included performances at The Guildhall (City of London), Wembley Stadium, Kensington Palace, The Dorchester Hotel, The Play Room Club (Piccadilly), The Grosvenor House Hotel and The White Cube Art Gallery for an exhibition by the world-renowned artist, Anseln Kiefer.
